Cap construction: transparent HD lace front 13×6″ extending from ear to ear, handtied and pre plucked natural hairline, adjustable straps on the back with optional removable strap for added security, stretchy lace fully handtied back, soft diamond lace lining for all day comfort, concealed adjustable straps on the back, no structured nape – only a small handtied lace section as pictured.

*Optional V-tabs – for a completely glueless fit, you can choose to add V-tabs – small flat bendy wires that create extra structure for the lace on the temples and help the wig to mold to your head. Please add a note to order if you wish to add V-tabs.

Cap Size: Small (21.5″ circumference), Medium (22.5″) and Large caps – please enquire regarding lead time, large caps may have a longer processing time

Density: select from  – 150% (natural density) or 180% (fuller density)

Hair texture: Straight. We can add a wave as a customisation option – please get in touch and add a note to order.

Hair: Brazilian virgin hair

Colour: dark brown – *while we make every effort to photograph the wigs in different lighting to show the different tones, the display screens may affect how it is shown on different devices

Hair length: select from 12 to 24 inches, measured from the top of the head, with slight (4″) layers. As an example, a wig measuring 18″ from the top of the head will have shortest layer as 14″

Processing time: processing time is usually 5-6 weeks, but it may vary depending on the length and hair density – please enquire about the lead time to get a more accurate timeframe. Some orders may take up to 14 weeks (you will be advised if this is the case).

*Refunds/returns: UK and EU customers  – unworn stock items can be returned for a refund (they must be not worn or altered in any way, with lace uncut and without any makeup residue). Please email within 5 working days of receipt to arrange a return. Please note that customer is responsible for return postage. We are not responsible for items lost in the post, please obtain necessary insurance and proof of postage. Within the UK please use Royal Mail special delivery service.

International customers – returns can be arranged as above, but customer is responsible for any re-import customs charges/tariffs. A 5% restocking fee will be charged to cover international transaction fees.

Custom orders are not refundable, as they are made specifically to the customer’s requirements. Custom orders are considered where the cap size or colour is altered from the stock design, of it the lace has been cut, or any fringe/layers cut.
