I know first hand how devastating hair loss is. I have suffered with alopecia areata on and off since my 20s, and early in my 30s I developed androgenic alopecia, my hair was thinning on the top and the crown. Over the years I have tried countless oils, shampoos, serums, light therapy and even scalp micropigmentation, and I’m afraid it was all money down the drain! I was constantly feeling down about my developing hair loss and looking for ways to make my hair look better. I was fed up of wasting money, energy and the emotional roller coaster of trying all these things that didn’t give me the results I wanted, so I set off on a mission to find a solution that gives results!

That’s when I discovered alternative hair, and although it has been a long (and costly) journey of discovery to find what works for me, I have never looked back! 

I have carried out extensive research into hair suppliers and manufacturers of hair pieces, tried and tested on myself, in order to source the best quality hair solutions like human hair wigs and toppers. Human hair pieces are an investment and cost can be a big barrier for many, so I tasked myself to create affordable options, whilst not compromising on quality.
